Cees has more than 15 years of experience. After completing his studies in tax law, he worked for 15 years in Amsterdam as a tax lawyer at leading international law firms, the main ones being Stibbe and Osborne Clarke. Cees has extensive tax experience with M&A, international structuring matters and real estate development as well as employee and management participation plans and other investment initiatives. <\/p>\n

He has advised a wide range of clients, often large businesses (e.g. family\u2011owned companies and multinationals) as well as major shareholder\/directors\/investors and municipalities. His reason for leaving the Amsterdam Zuidas business district was to work more closely and on a recurring basis with entrepreneurs, major shareholder\/directors and businesses. <\/p>\n
